Following statements from Basketball Wales Wrexham Basketball will suspend training for the next two weeks, from Monday 16th March to Friday 27th March.

North Wales Basketball have suspended all games at Holywell High School and the Cup Competitions that were meant to be held at Bangor University on Sunday 22nd March and Sunday 29th March.

Congratulations to Under 18 squad member Luke. As well as being asked to attend the Welsh Under 23s squad sessions he has also won the NWBA Under 18s MVP of the year trophy.

With one game to play our Under 14s have won the NWBA Under 14s League! With one loss this season so far, and winning against Mold on Mold's home court, the squad have had a great season, despite a dissapointing performance in the NWBA Cup.

Well done squad!

On Saturday 2nd March our Under 14s will be travelling to Holyhead Leisure Centre to take part in Ynys Mon's Spring Invitational as they welcome Italian team Roseto.

Players are asked to arrive by 9:30am for our first game 10:20. As the day starts at 9:10 it would be great if players were here to scout out the teams they'll be playing.

Don't forget drinks and food.

Assuming the day goes as planned here are our timings:

10:20 Celts Blue v Wrexham

11:30 Wrexham v Mold

13:15 Wrexham v Roseto

14:25 Celts White v Wrexham - finish 15:00

This will be a great opportunity to get used to short games for the NWBA Cup on Sunday. Thank you to all parents that have given up their weekend for a great two days of North Wales Basetball.

Sunday 3rd March is the NWBA's Cup Competition for the Under 14s and the Under 16s.

These are quick games so no time to get used to the pace. Unfortunately there's no cafe open on Sundays at the Brailsford Centre. there's some vending machines but best remember your own. The seats will be out for spectators.
